Wayward was founded by Shana Stein Faulhaber, a Dallas attorney, advocate, and lifelong supporter of independent artists.

For more than twenty years, Shana has built a career representing people, solving complex problems, negotiating difficult situations, and helping clients navigate high-stakes decisions. Through her work as a trial lawyer, entrepreneur, and founder of Texas Lawyers Wellness, she developed a reputation for strategic thinking, strong relationships, and relentless advocacy.

Music has always been part of the journey.

What began as helping friends in the music community evolved into artist management, booking support, career strategy, and project development. Along the way, Shana recognized a need for management that puts the artist's goals, creativity, and long-term vision at the center of every decision.
